This policy is designed to cover properties, buildings and contents, dwellings, factories, industries and manufacturing premises labor accommodation and other properties against losses arising from fire and lightning and allied perils.
The basic cover Includes but not limited to :

Earthquake and Volcanic Eruption. -
Storm, Tempest and Flood and Inundation. -
Damage caused by aircraft and other aerial devices and/or articles dropped there. -
Bursting and overflowing of Water Tanks and Pipes. -

Riot, Strike, Civil Commotion.
