What Documents You'll need?

Make sure you have all the right details and documents ready, so you can easily report the incident to us.

Depending on what you are submitting for a travel claim, below are the details and documents required and you will need to fill out the claim form. Please refer to your policy's terms and conditions for complete details.

If the claim is regarding your Baggage and/or Money

  • Policy number
  • Passport Copy with the entry stamp
  • QID copy
  • Flight Ticket
  • Boarding Pass
  • Estimated value of lost items
  • Tag of delay luggage
  • Original receipts of extra/additional expenses incurred due to delay
  • Compensation amount from the airline if any

If the claim is regarding your deposits and Travel Delays

  • Policy number
  • Passport Copy with the entry stamp
  • QID copy
  • Flight Ticket
  • Boarding Pass
  • Details of the travel documents, including time and date lost
  • Name of the authority you reported it to
  • Cost of replacing the lost documents

If the claim is regarding your Medical and Personal Accident expenses

  • Accident report or SMS Issued by Traffic Department Policy number
  • Passport Copy with the entry stamp
  • QID copy
  • Flight Ticket
  • Boarding Pass
  • Details of the accident or illness, including time and date
  • Police report and station name, in the case of an accident
  • Doctor and hospital name, in the case of illness

If the claim is regarding for other risks covered by your policy

  • Policy number
  • Passport Copy with the entry stamp
  • QID copy
  • Flight Ticket
  • Boarding Pass

Once received the above, we will advise you if there is still any documentation needed as per the policy terms and condition.
