Report An Incident
It is very easy to notify motor claim, you can report your accident via visiting File A Claim or via WhatsApp or via physically visiting Claim Centre.

Claim Registered
Once claim is notified with necessary documents listed below, you will receive a unique claim reference for tracking of claim.

Claim Assessment
Guidance for next steps will be provided along with contact details of workshop appropriate to the type of policy and insured vehicle.

Depending on what you are submitting for a motor claim, below are the details and documents required. Please refer to your policy's terms and conditions for complete details.
Own Damage
- Accident report or SMS Issued by Traffic Department
- Driving License of the Driver
- Vehicle Registration Card
- Presence of the vehicle at Garage/Agency/Sharq Insurance L.L.C
Third Party Vehicle Damage
- Accident report or SMS Issued by Traffic Department
- Presence of the vehicle for Survey at Garage/Agency/ Sharq Insurance L.L.C
Third Party Property Damage
- Accident report or SMS Issued by Traffic Department
Bodily Injury Claims
- Police report mentioning the name of insured
- Medical Certificate for the insured
- Disability Certificate from Supreme Council of Health (Original)
- Copy of ID/Passport with visa page
Death Claims
- Police report
- Medical Certificate (original)
- Diagnosis Report (original)
- Death Certificate (original)
- Attested Legal Heirs Certificate
- Attested Power of Attorney
- Copy of the ID (legal representative)
Once received the above, we will advise you if there is still any documentation needed as per the policy terms and condition.
Make sure you report your claim in Metrash Application, or call the Traffic Police as required by the Law of the State of Qatar in order to notify and inspect the damage caused to/by the insured vehicle and for the fixation of fault for the accident causing the resultant damage.
