Sharq is in overall compliance with the regulations of its regulator QFCRA's Governance and Controlled Functions Rules 2020 (CTRL), Version No. 2 effective from 1st August 2023.
In respect of rule 3.1.3 (f), Sharq has sought a timeline of December 2025 from its Regulator to comply with the requirement of this rule.
In respect of rule 7.1.8, Sharq's Risk management training shall be completed by Q3 2025 in order to comply with the requirement of this rule.
