Sharq is in overall compliance with the regulations of its regulator QFCRA's Governance and Controlled Functions Rules 2020 (CTRL), Version No. 3 effective from 1st October 2025.
In respect of rule 3.1.3 (f), Sharq has sought a timeline of December 2025 from its Regulator to comply with the requirement of this rule. Sharq has submitted the withdrawal form for the non-executive director who has exceeded the tenure of directorship.
